Choose the custom commands tab. and click the “add new command” button. Set the command you want to use, most people use !s o. Set the user level to Moderator or VIP, depending on who you want to be able to run shoutouts. I set mine to VIP. To do this go to Commands –> Custom –> Add Command. Luckily cloudbot has a shoutout command already built in. In the template section scroll down to !so. This stands for shoutout. Click on it and it will auto populate the custom command with the details for a shoutout. You can customise the response section to your liking.
