Blue rate on 12/14 was 320 pesos/dollar, so seems like it is almost the blue rate. It does kinda work now, but unfortunately it is not as easy as "foreign credit cards use the Dolar Blue rate" (nothing ever is in Argentina). Visa works differently than Mastercard, but at a slightly worse rate than Dolar Blue or MEP.
